Cookie Policy for UAE Residents

1. Cookies and similar technologies

1. 1 We use cookies and similar technologies to provide you with our service and to collect information about the use of our website. This helps us to provide you with the best possible online experience.

1.2 Consent Management

We believe that you should have control over the extent to which you share your data with us. Therefore, we use cookies and similar technologies (except for necessary cookies) only after you have given us your explicit consent to do so.

In order to respect your decision, we use a Consent Management Tool and allow you to view and change the decision you have made.

In addition, we provide information about which cookies or similar technologies we use, what information we automatically collect through the cookies or technologies, how we use this information, and whether we share this information with third parties.

1.3. Cookies are pieces of code that allow for personalization of the Service experience by saving your information such as user ID and other preferences. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your device's hard disk (such as your computer or smartphone) for record-keeping purposes.

1.4. We use the following types of cookies:

1.4.1. Strictly necessary cookies.

These are cookies that are required for the essential operation of the Service such as to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use.

1.4.2. Analytical/performance cookies.

These allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and see how visitors navigate the Service when they use it. This helps us improve the operation of the service, for example, by ensuring that users find what they are looking for more easily.

1.4.3. Functionality cookies.

These are used to recognize you when you return to the Service. This enables us to personalize our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language or region).

1.4.4. Targeting cookies. These cookies record your visit to our website, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We will use this information to make our website and the advertising displayed on it, and the marketing messages we send to you more relevant to your interests. We may also share this information with third parties who provide a service to us for this purpose.

2. First or third party cookie

2.1. First party cookie. A first party cookie is understood to be a cookie that is set by a data controller responsible for processing (or its processor). The operator of the website (see legal notice) is responsible for data processing. The operator processes the data collected from the cookie for his own purposes, regardless of whether he programmed the cookie himself or uses a third party cookie.

2.2. Third party cookie. A third party cookie is a cookie that is set by a third party who is not identical to the operator of the website the user is currently using. Third-party cookies come from various third-party domains that can use the cookies flexibly to track user behavior on APPs or websites outside the offer of the third-party provider (in particular for user-specific advertising). When the user visits a page on which the advertising network places advertising for the first time, the advertising available there can store a third party cookie on the user's computer or mobile phone. As a rule, the page visits and the respective length of stay of the user are saved. If he visits a page again on which the advertiser's advertisement is also placed, he can recognize the user based on the cookie and, thanks to the information collected, offer him individual advertising from his own repertoire. The data collected from the cookie are processed by the third party for their own purposes on their own responsibility or in joint responsibility with us.
